The Position:A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Partner to join its New York City office. This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand a sophisticated real estate practice, advising developers, institutional investors, private equity funds, REITs, lenders, and corporate occupiers on complex commercial real estate transactions across asset classes.The successful candidate will handle a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, construction and leasing transactions, financings, restructurings, and real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
