This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of concrete operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate concrete crews.• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.• Schedule daily manpower and equipment needs.• Operate heavy equipment as required.• Conduct daily safety meetings.• Monitor labor hours against production targets.• Coordinate inspections and deliveries.• Prevent rework and enforce quality control.Qualifications:5+ years concrete experience.• 2+ years supervisory experience.• OSHA 30 and NYC SST required.• Equipment operation proficiency.Preferred Skills:Experience on high-rise or structural projects.• Bilingual communication skills.DepartmentProductionEmployment TypeFull-TimeMinimum ExperienceExperiencedCompensation80-115K
