Senior Accounting Manager

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related experience 8+ years of experience in accounting Strong experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportingExperience managing audits, internal controls, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) complianceKnowledge of IFRS and GAAPMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Serves as a leader in executing monthly close and Group reporting • Leads team in performing balance sheet reviews and reconciliations • Assesses the proper accounting for transactions in accordance with both IFRS & US GAAP • Builds strong working relationships with business partners • Ensures intercompany transactions are properly identified and reconciled with trading partners • Work directly with internal & external auditors to ensure successful & timely completion of audits
