With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 17000+, and has 58 offices in 22 countries within key global markets.Our challenge:We are seeking experienced Lead Application Support / Production Support Engineers to support and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Kafka, databases, and microservices, combined with hands-on experience leading production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and driving service stability and operational excellence.Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
