Ab Initio Support Engineer

Role: Ab Initio Support EngineerLocation:  Princeton ,NJResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to jobs built using Ab Initio ETL tool suite.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ab Initio applications, infrastructure, and deployments.Create and maintain documentation related to Ab Initio configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Ab Initio ETL tool suite.Expertise in GDE, Co>Operating system, EME, Control>Center, Conduct>IT, Express >IT, DQA, Metadata Hub (MDH), Query>ITGood to have working experience in Ab Continuous flows, Ab Initio Web Services, BREWorking experience in Ab Initio configuration management using Ab Initio EME with other third party tools like JenkinsProficiency in Unix scripting and working in Unix and Unix (AIX) Operating Systems.Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL and working knowledge of database like Oracle, DB2, TeradataExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
