Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Shrewsbury, MA, for an Infant Toddler Teacher. The Infant Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate curricula, fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for children, providing attentive care, and supporting children's developmental milestones. Responsibilities also include documenting individual child progress, maintaining a safe and organized learning space, collaborating with colleagues, and effectively communicating with families about their child's growth and needs. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Early Childhood Development and Child DevelopmentExperience in Curriculum Development and TeachingAbility to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentPatience, compassion, and a passion for working with young childrenCertification or Degree in early childhood educationPQR ConfirmationCPR and First Aid certification required
