Sales Representative

City Wide Building Services is seeking an outside sales representative with a "go getter" attitude in the Houston market. This individual is responsible for finding and engaging new customers through a combination of cold-calling, warm lead follow-up and expanding existing client relationships.Duties & Responsibilities:Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via emailEducate the client on the various types of services that City Wide offers and determine the most appropriate solution to meet clients needs.Work with Director of Business Development to define sales strategies and achieve established goals.Identify potential clients in the assigned market.Maintain positive and productive relationship with clients.Identify and contact qualified clients for services daily.Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with clients onsite.Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process.Track all prospecting in CRM system.Other duties as assigned.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher1 or more years minimum experience in salesValid drivers licenseProficient with computer and software applications such as Microsoft Suite.Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)B2B Sales experience preferredWhat we offer:Group Health Benefits (Health, Vision & Dental)Paid HolidaysPTOCompetitive Compensation Plan
