We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Assembler. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and will work in Pompano Beach, FL.
About the position
As Assembler of the Pompano Beach, FL team, you will be involved in performing repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass produce components or to assemble those components into a unit. Time management, organization and attention to detail is important to ensure production schedules stay on time for meeting customer expectations while complying with company standards.
Your Main Responsibilities
Use hand tools, including crimpers, and measuring tools
Pull and position various size electrical wire neatly in a predefined pattern
Work while standing for extended periods of time in an air-conditioned environment
Give meticulous attention to detailed written and oral work instructions
Frequently lift up to 10 pounds
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Receive training from Supervisor and other technicians in various disciplines (cross training) as needed
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Follow all safety rules, ISO requirements and build units to the highest standard of quality.

Skills & Requirements
A suitable background would be a solid experience with basic manufacturing and mechanical aptitude as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Experience electronics or assembly work is a plus but not required
Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Experience with use of hand tools, mechanical ability with good dexterity
Strong attention to detail
Understand, speak, and read English fluently
Effective verbal and written communication
