The primaryfunction of this role is to support our dynamic employee compensation andbenefit packages. HELLA has around 36,000 employees at morethan 125 locations worldwide and generated sales of €4.4 billion in theseven-month short fiscal year 2022.Daily ResponsibilitiesLead the administration and evolution of U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, wellness, etc.).Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and escalated employee benefit issues.Oversee compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.Guide open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communication efforts.Own the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs, including annual merit cycles,incentive plans, and equity programs (if applicable).Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations using global and regional market data (e.g., WTW, Mercer).YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in U.S. compensation and benefits roles, ideally in a global manufacturing or automotive setting.Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment and benefits regulations.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).Experience with compensation survey tools (WTW, Mercer) and job evaluation methodologies.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.Why Forvia Hella?Hybrid work schedules and flexible core hoursIndustry leading health benefits programLucrative PTO policyCompetitive 401K matchingExtensive career and training opportunitiesAnnual BonusesOn campus restaurant as well as employee water and coffee servicesTeam and company wide eventsAnd much more!Please feel free to apply if you do not meet 100% of thepositional requirements.
