This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple closings daily while maintaining strong organization, communication, and compliance standards.The company is continuing to grow and is looking for someone who can eventually step into a future leadership / Regional Escrow Manager path as ownership transitions over time.What You’ll Be DoingRun approximately 4–5 residential closings per dayManage files from opening through closing and post-closeReview and prepare settlement statements and closing documentsCoordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneysHandle funding coordination and disbursement of fundsResolve title and closing issues quickly and professionallyMaintain compliance and accuracy across all filesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of escrow/title closing experienceExperience running live closings independentlyStrong understanding of residential real estate transaction flowComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience with ResWare, SoftPro, or similar systems preferredStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsEligible for notary/title licensing (or able to obtain quickly)Why This OpportunityStrong earning potential with hourly pay + commissionStable company with consistent deal flowHigh visibility and long-term growth opportunityFuture path into leadership / managementSupportive team environment with strong operational backing MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
