Salesforce Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Remote)Location: Houston, TX (Remote – U.S. Based)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex, Lightning components, and integrations, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-performance solutions. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in the United States, preferably aligned with Central Time (Houston, TX).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura).Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.Support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications.Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft or similar middleware).Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment processes.Key Skills:Problem-solving and analytical thinkingStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAttention to detail and commitment to quality
