This internship offers hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying AI- and ML-powered solutions that solve real business problems. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working on real-world AI solutions under the mentorship of experienced technical leaders. You will support teams looking to improve business processes in a culture of continuous improvement, and be exposed to enterprise-scale systems, modern AI architectures, and best practices. You will have the opportunity to present work to technical and business stakeholders.Essential Job FunctionsAssist or lead in the design, development, and testing of AI/ML models and applicationsCollaborate with IT and cross-functional business teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsBuild and optimize data pipelines for training and inference workflowsImplement prototypes using tools such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other Python standard and custom packagesWork with structured and unstructured data (text, images, APIs, etc.)Support experimentation with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI APIsIntegrate with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems Document code, experiments, and findings clearly for team reviewParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussionsOther duties as required in support of the department and the companySUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: None.QualificationsTo succeed in this job, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential job function.
