User Experience Designer (Mobile Game)

Our client is looking for a UX Designer to help craft high-quality mobile player experiences within a fast-paced, iterative game development environment. This role is scoped at UX Designer with the opportunity to consider senior candidates who demonstrate expanded scope and ownership.You'll work closely with Game Design, Product, Engineering, and Art to translate vision into intuitive, polished in-game experiences that meet both player needs and production realities.Responsibilities:Design end-to-end UX for mobile features, from early concept through implementation and iterationCreate clear user flows, early explorations, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockupsDeliver visual design that meets the quality bar of a live gameCollaborate closely with Engineers to shepherd designs through implementation, playtests, iteration cycles, and polishPartner with Game Designers and Product Owners to deliver excellent UX that balances creative vision, technical constraints, and timeline pressuresTake ownership of features, driving clarity through ambiguity and refining solutions based on feedback and player testingRequired Qualifications:4–6 years of professional experience in UX, game UX, or related interactive design roles.Experience designing UX for mobile gamesStrong UX craft: flows, interaction design, information architecture, and usability fundamentalsStrong Figma skills, including component systems and prototypingAbility to independently own features through implementation in an iterative development environmentPortfolio demonstrating shipped or production-ready work in mobile gamesNice to Have:Experience working in Unreal Engine or supporting implementation in-engineGameplay sensibility and some game design experienceBackground in 2D art or UI illustration, with ability to create polished temporary assetsIt's our policy to provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees of Bee Talent Solutions.
