Sales Executive

Our client, a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business by building a strong pipeline of prospects and closing new accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a true hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped commission potential .Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person outreachBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospectsConduct on-site meetings to assess client needs and present customized service solutionsPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new businessMaintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growthTrack sales activity and pipeline performance within a CRM systemPartner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service executionQualifications:2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (service-based industry preferred)Proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing dealsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independentlyComfortable with face-to-face client interaction and local travelExperience using CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeCompensation & Benefits:Base salary of $45k-55k + uncapped commission structureStrong earning potential tied to performanceMileage reimbursement or car allowance (if applicable)Opportunity to join a growing organization with advancement potential
