Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Line Cook to join our team at our Dayton, OH location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items by following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring food presentation meets or exceeds expectations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service, and supporting kitchen operations during peak dining periods. Qualifications Proficiency in basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and handling kitchen equipmentUnderstanding of food safety and sanitation practices, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness in the kitchenA passion for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while working in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and service teamsAbility to follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and instructions with attention to detailPrevious experience in a professional kitchen is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededA desire to grow and develop within a team-oriented atmosphere where success is celebrated
