Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Executive based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing and growing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, tailoring advertising solutions to client needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining records of account activities. The role necessitates ongoing collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure the delivery of successful campaigns. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generationCommunication and Presentation: Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and persuasive presentation skillsStrategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to craft advertising solutions tailored to client needs and resolve challenges effectivelyKnowledge of Media and Marketing: Familiarity with media advertising strategies and marketing toolsTime Management and Organization: Proven efficiency in managing schedules, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple accountsPrevious experience in media sales or familiarity with the Los Angeles market is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredProficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantageSelf-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
