The Foreman is responsible for working closely with project management teams and leading field crews to meet project goals safely.ResponsibilitiesProvides leadership and guidance for crewsEnsures accuracy of timesheets and expense reportsMonitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specifications and industry standardsEnsures all Teammates observe safety practicesReports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a projectMay work independently performing site surveys for estimates or quality assuranceProvides project updates to management and customersRequirements & Qualifications5+ years of underground electrical distribution construction experienceMust have previous experience working from blueprints, and specificationsTeam Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our Teammates.
