Job Description Job Title: Customer Site Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Site Coordinator to support onsite managed services operations. This is a highly visible, client-facing role serving as the primary point of contact for executive administrative teams, including C-suite stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of a single-person site, ensuring smooth delivery of contracted office services Provide services including copy, print, mail, courier, scanning, and hospitality support Coordinate conference room setup, A/V equipment, and special events Support space management, office moves, and facility coordination Handle shipping, receiving, and mail distribution processes Maintain and operate office equipment (copiers, multifunction devices, PCs, mail equipment) Act as the primary customer contact and maintain strong professional relationships Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to company standards and SLAs Manage office supply inventory and reorder as needed Create work orders, maintain reports, and support administrative functions Collaborate with vendors, facility teams, and internal departments Assist with monthly reporting and data tracking for leadership and clients Perform physical tasks such as moving furniture, boxes, and equipment (up to 50 lbs) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1 year of experience in customer-facing or related roles (B2B or technical preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with office equipment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present information to small groups Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Additional Information: Dress Code: Business Casual / Company Polo Parking: Provided onsite Interview Process: Virtual and/or In-person
