Testing Engineer

Overview In this role you contribute to delivering high-quality software by defining and executing tests within an agile team. You drive automation to shorten release cycles and improve test coverage, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine unit, integration, and performance testing. The position emphasizes hands-on testing, debugging, and clear communication to support product quality at scale. ResponsibilitiesParticipate in scrum teams to define and refine unit, integration, and performance testingCreate, execute, and maintain scripts and tools for testing frameworksDrive test automation to reduce test cycle time during releasesCollaborate across cross-functional teams to support testing activities Key requirementsBS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or higher1 to 3 years of QA/Testing experienceExperience developing, maintaining, and executing Selenium automation is a plusStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent understanding of testing processes, types, and methodologiesExceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to drive cross-team technical discussions and decision makingStrong aptitude and helpful attitude in providing excellent support to cross-functional organizationsStrong communication (oral and written)Cross-functional collaborationProblem-solvingSelenium automationTesting frameworks and methodologiesUnderstanding of unit/integration/performance testing
