Pointe Pest Control emphasizes professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships in the communities it serves.Role Description The Residential Sales Inspector is a full-time, This role is responsible for visiting residential properties, inspecting for current or potential pest issues, and recommending appropriate treatment plans as well as needed ancillary services. The Residential Sales Inspector conducts in-home sales presentations, explains service options and pricing, and prepares accurate proposals and service agreements. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, generating new business through outreach and referrals, and maintaining detailed records of inspections and customer interactions. The role also involves providing attentive customer service, answering questions about pest control services, and coordinating with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Qualifications Strong pest control knowledge and the ability to assess pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.Proficiency in sales presentations and communicating service benefits in a clear, confident, and ethical manner.Experience in new business development, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and building long-term customer relationships.Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, professionalism, and timely follow-through.Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally to customer homes.Comfort working in and around residential properties, including basements, attics, and exterior areas, with adherence to safety guidelines.Effective verbal and written communication skills and basic proficiency with mobile devices and CRM or scheduling tools.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in pest control or residential in-home sales is preferred but not required.
