HR ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Manager with at least 7 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Windsor, CT. ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategy with business goals and workforce planningOversee full employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagementServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and policy interpretationEnsure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levelsLead and support talent initiatives such as recruiting strategy, succession planning, and leadership developmentManage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in partnership with internal teams and external vendorsDevelop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelinesTrack, analyze, and report on HR metrics including headcount, turnover, and workforce costs to support data-driven decisionsPlan and support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company-wide eventsManage HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and employee experienceExperienceMinimum 7-10 years of HR experienceWork SiteHybrid Employment TypeDirect Hire Salary$100,000-120,000k/yr + Bonus Benefitso Medical, dental insuranceo 401(k) plan with employer matcho Paid holidayso Paid vacation Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy
