Program ManagerSuper Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our HQ located in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will serve as an individual contributor to support system product managers for material preparation operations during server product development process.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage 3PL relationshipAnalyze FSL network cost structure and capacity utilizationOptimize inventory levels and flowsDevelop a planning model to support inventory needsCollaborate across departments to establish project requirements, specifications, and deliverablesDevise Service Processes and oversee their implementation within the organizationDefine escalation pathways related to project timelines and process enhancementsEngage with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely issue resolutionStay abreast of emerging business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver relevant products and servicesDevelop a strategy for logistics planning and coordinate with vendors to achieve departmental sustainabilitySupervise project execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standardsIdentify potential risks and create risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project schedule and budgetEvaluate and manage changes in project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures are followedEstablish and maintain comprehensive project documentationQualifications:Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in computer systems or equivalent expertiseFamiliarity with Technical Services and related professional servicesPrevious experience in roles such as Project Manager, Production Manager, or with large-scale Hybrid support organizationsA deep understanding of Service infrastructures and support modelsProficiency in Windows, Linux, Networking, and virtualization is essentialFluent in English, including speaking, writing, and presentation skillsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesSalary Range $75,000 - $98,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
