Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician - CPSW

Description:Clementon Park & Splash World is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician to maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of our park grounds. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, safe, and visually appealing environment for our guests.Position OverviewThe Landscaper is responsible for the upkeep of all outdoor areas, including lawns, walkways, landscaped beds, and general park grounds. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Key Responsibilities• Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees (planting, pruning, watering, mulching)• Remove debris, trash, and hazards from park grounds• Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)• Assist with seasonal projects such as planting, irrigation, and park beautification• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report issues promptly• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipmentRequirements:Qualifications• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions• Strong work ethic and attention to detail• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift• Reliable transportation and punctuality requiredSchedule & Requirements• Must be 18 years or older• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
