Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role based in Houston, TX. The technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional HVAC services, including inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system issues. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and applicable environmental regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systemsStrong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system malfunctions effectivelyEPA certification and adherence to environmental safety standardsCommitment to Customer Satisfaction with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems is highly preferredKnowledge of safety guidelines and standard practices in mechanical servicesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
