Full Stack Engineer
Founding Engineer — AI Agent PlatformWe're building the core platform capabilities that let AI agents run complex, multi-day workflows for enterprise customers — and we need a founding engineer to help build it from the ground up.This is a full-stack IC role (roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend) where you'll own features end-to-end — from sitting with customers to understand their workflows, straight through to shipping production code. You'll work directly on voice, browser automation, and multi-agent orchestration: the hard infrastructure problems that make autonomous agents actually reliable at enterprise scale.What you'll doBuild and harden core platform capabilities — voice, browser automation, multi-agent orchestrationOwn features end-to-end, from customer requirements to production deploymentSpend 5–20% of your time directly with customers, digging into their workflows and requirementsReverse-engineer customer systems and build integrations with tools like Salesforce, Outlook, TMS, and ERP platformsShip React frontends that make complex agent workflows feel intuitive for enterprise ops teamsWork shoulder-to-shoulder with a small founding team, shaping technical direction and architectureWhat we're looking for3+ years of experience (2+ years if at VC-backed startups)A track record of owning and shipping end-to-end projects at companies with strong engineering culturesSystems engineering chops — you've built complex projects and seen full initiatives (4–6 months) through from start to finishStartup experience: 2 years minimum, 3–4 preferred; 5–6+ years welcome if coming from larger companies like Facebook or DiscordStrong TypeScript, React, and Node.js skillsA history of building consumer or prosumer products with measurable impactThis is a full individual contributor roleNice to haveExperience with AI agents, LLM integrations, or automation platformsTime at a name-brand startupA mix of both large-company and startup experienceSharp communication skills — comfortable scoping high-level and going deep when neededTech we use: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, AWS, LLMs
