Must also be self-motivated and eager to learn. The ideal person will also:Maintain inventory for the dealershipDetail client vehicles if neededMaintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationNote damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hoursPerform quality control inspections of all vehiclesCoordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveriesNo vehicle specific knowledge? Desirable customer service experience comes from many occupations: Product sales, where you first determine the customer's requirements, then using your product knowledge, show and demonstrate the product(s) that best meet those needs. (Internet access, mobile phones, etc.) Servers and Bartenders in restaurants and clubs. Sales of Time Shares, Vacation Packages, Cruises, Fitness Center/Gym Memberships, Country Club Memberships, etc. In other words, if you have been successful in a job working with the public, we want to hear from you!Requirements Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
