The company provides its services in Kazakhstan and the USA. This is a completely remote position.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the CEO in managing client relationships, including handling client enquiries, coordinating appointments and providing a high level of client satisfaction.
Handling communication: managing phone calls, emails and other communications on behalf of the supervisor, reminding of all important appointments.
Organising and maintaining information: keeping accurate records, files including important documents, contacts and other relevant information.
Project Management: assisting in planning, organising and executing projects, including coordinating with team members, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
Provide administrative support: assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, organising meetings, managing expenses.
Being a bridge between the CEO and other individuals or organisations, maintaining professional relationships and representing them professionally.
Requirements:
Good level of English language skills.
Experience in customer service, administrative support or assistant role.
Excellent communication and interaction skills with clients and colleagues.
Ability to plan time effectively, manage priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
