At Victorum Learning Center, the staff act as pieces of a puzzle. Each piece presents unique angles and portions of the overall picture are critical to the continuation of the mission. Our Program Support Staff serves primarily as relief for staff members whether for breaks, training, scheduled leave, or in the event of an unplanned absence. Program Support Staff are required to assume the functions of the specific position they are replacing (i.e. Assistant Teacher/Lead Teacher responsibilities) for the entire duration the Program Support Staff is in the specific capacity. The Program Support Staff is an important position, requiring many skills to be deployed in the course of a typical service period. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED Flexible Availability Ability to Perform in Multiple Age/Developmental Settings Ability to Lift up to 35lbs Repeatedly Positive Attitude Excellent Verbal Communication Loving & Caring Disposition Responsibilities & Duties Complete Required Training as Necessary Assist Classroom Staff as Necessary Perform Functions of CCSM when in Place Assist with Cleaning & Sanitizing of VLC Assets Assist with Hygienic Needs of Students Support Daily Routines & Structures
