The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO and will be responsible for overseeing various projects in a hybrid work model. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to successfully deliver projects. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Required Skills: TIBCO Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Utilize TIBCO to streamline processes and improve project efficiency. - Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress and address any concerns. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. - Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project management processes and outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and feedback. - Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on TIBCO. - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in project management software and tools. - Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. - Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Hold a relevant certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
