Guest FocusReliableAttentiveService with the smilePassionateAlways have funIf those above sound like your values, we are thrilled to hear from you!Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer interaction, guest experience and overall customer serviceOversee, guide and lead FOH staff including scheduling, development, and training.Food & beverage quality and safetyEnsure that each shift is run in a smooth manner as well as having the ability to handle any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise.Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, staff meetings including one on one meetingsMonitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant areas and equipment to protect the business, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.Ability to be on feet during entire shift, interacting with guests, kitchen, bar and table touching all areasFocus on labor cost, controllable costs, increasing revenueWorking with management team to develop, create and implement new promotions, daily programs and marketing ideas to increase business volumesQualificationsMinimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full service restaurantTrack record of success in previous positions demonstrating upward career trackingStrong communication skillsCustomer Service focused and orientedFinancial skills with P&L and inventory management experienceMust be dependable, reliable and motivated.
