About the Role We are an established automotive electronics remanufacturer specializing in high-precision, board-level repairs on electronic modules (ECUs, FICMs, climate controllers, and instrument clusters). We are seeking a focused, steady-handed technician with exceptional manual dexterity who thrives in a quiet, production-focused environment. If you take pride in flawless solder joints, clean pads, and zero rework, you will fit right in. Key Responsibilities Micro-Soldering & Rework: Perform high-precision removal, reflow, and replacement of SMT, QFN, BGA, and fine-pitch components under a microscope. Micro-Soldering Experience: Minimum 2 years of daily hands-on micro-soldering/rework experience (Automotive electronics, cell phone logic board repair, video game console repair, high-end consumer electronics, or PCB assembly). Thermal Management Knowledge: Deep understanding of heat profiles—knowing how to remove and seat components without lifting pads or burning surrounding board layers. Punctuality & Work Ethic: Reliable daily attendance, strict attention to shop protocol, and a self-motivated drive to meet daily output goals. Workplace Standards: Ability to follow strict quality control protocols, including pre-seal inspections.
