Role Description This is a contract, on-site role located in Detroit, MI, for a Global Talent Partner. The Global Talent Partner will be responsible for managing talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to ensure alignment with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, crafting strategies for diverse and equitable hiring practices, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and fostering relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Qualifications Talent acquisition and recruitment experience, including sourcing and screening candidatesExpertise in employer branding and employee engagement strategiesStrong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively fostering relationshipsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software toolsAbility to collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to assess staffing needsExperience in workforce planning and data-driven hiring strategiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in technology or digital transformation industries is a plus
