Role Description We are seeking a Media Sales Consultant for a full-time hybrid role based in Owings Mills, MD, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Media Sales Consultant will be responsible for account management, generating new leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating advertising contracts. This role involves working closely with businesses to provide tailored advertising solutions that align with their goals while contributing to WCBM's growth and presence in the market. Qualifications Experience in Media Sales and Sales strategiesStrong skills in Account Management and Lead GenerationProficiency in Negotiation and client relationship managementProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a hybrid modelExperience in advertising, marketing, or the media industry is highly valuedBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
