We’re backed by Super{set} and growing fast, and we need our first Senior SDR who can do two things simultaneously: build pipeline at volume and build the systems that will scale our entire SDR function.This is not a typical SDR role. You’ll be a full-stack pipeline operator — running high-volume outbound daily, building automations that multiply your own output, and documenting the SOPs that will define how every SDR we hire after you operates. You are the template.If you’re someone who has memorized every outbound playbook, uses AI like a multiplier, and has quietly been automating your own workflow because no one told you not to — this role was built for you.What You’ll Do ∙ Run high-volume, high-quality outbound — cold calls, LinkedIn, email — across our ICP with consistency and conversion discipline ∙ Build and own the SOP library for the Zig SDR function: sequences, objection handling, qualification frameworks, handoff standards, and rep ramp guides ∙ Design and automate outbound workflows using tools — reducing manual lift and increasing execution speed ∙ Use AI tools daily — for personalization at scale, prospect research, signal monitoring, and message optimization ∙ Partner directly with the Founder and GTM team to test messaging, surface ICP insights, and tighten the top of funnel ∙ Set the standard — your output and process will become the baseline for every SDR hire that follows youWhat We’re Looking For ∙ 3+ years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS or AI environment, with a track record of consistent quota attainment ∙ Demonstrated experience with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or equivalent — used actively in your day-to-day workflow (not just casually) ∙ Process-builder mindset — you’ve written SOPs, built sequences from scratch, or documented workflows even when it wasn’t in the job description ∙ Familiarity with using sales automation and AI agents including how they actually operate under the hood. ∙ Sharp written communication — your emails and LinkedIn messages are reads, not deletes ∙ Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco — this role is in-office (this is non-negotiable) ∙ Bonus: Experience at an early-stage startup, building GTM from the ground upWhat Makes This Role Different ∙ Your SOPs become the foundation of a team — this is infrastructure work disguised as an individual contributor role ∙ You’ll be selling and shaping the product that you yourself use to execute ∙ Direct access to founders and real decision-making influence over how the GTM motion is built ∙ High OTE, equity upside, and a front-row seat to an AI-native company scaling from zero to one ∙ You won’t have a ceiling here — the right person grows into the SDR team lead or GTM Ops lead as we scale
