Loader Operator

**Job Responsibilities** Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules and regulations Operation of the Loader safely and efficiently to maintain production standards Perform light maintenance on equipment Adequately grease and oil the machine Keep equipment clean and safe Assist other crew members to maintain a positive, engaged and safe work environment Perform minor repairs and maintenance as required, aiding in the maintenance process as needed Perform all tasks as directed by the supervisor or lead person Other duties as assigned Safety conscious work ethic Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with others Able to speak, hear, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Capable of working in confined spaces Ability to perform assigned tasks properly and in a timely manner Available to work days, and weekends as directed by management Positive attitude to achieve goals and deliver results individually and in a team environment. *Required Experience * Knowledge of heavy haulage equipment 2 or more years related experience Prior Loader experience required Basic knowledge and understanding of quarry operations preferred Prior heavy equipment experience in a construction or mining environment preferred Welding and cutting experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
