Join Our Team as a Medical DirectorWe are a well-established community health center with over 40 years of service, operating nine locations throughout the Phoenix area. We are currently in search of a skilled Medical Director who possesses a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or leadership role.Opportunity HighlightsRole Composition: This position comprises 80% administrative duties and 20% clinical responsibilities.Liaison Role: The selected candidate will act as a bridge between Primary Care Physicians and the Chief Clinical Officer.Supervisory Duties: Responsibilities include overseeing, assessing, and guiding primary care physicians within our organization.Collaborative Meetings: Regular interactions with other leadership members will be essential to enhance clinical care and operational processes.Policy Enforcement: The candidate will be responsible for implementing and upholding medical policies and procedures.Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, five weeks of paid time off, and one week for continuing medical education.Community Focus: As a health center supported by HRSA, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and high-quality primary healthcare services to underserved communities and vulnerable populations.About Phoenix, ArizonaPhoenix serves as the capital of Arizona, located in the southwestern United States.
