Location is Washington, DC. Need resume in 3 pages or less,Responsibilities :The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:Maintain the CLIENT Portal webapp built using React, CSS, JS, HTML, DynamoDB and .Net by performing necessary software/framework version upgrades, patches etc.Make enhancements to CLIENT Portal front end, back end, and associated infrastructure in AWS per user needs.Update the design of CLIENT Portal webapp to meet customer needs as well as scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization requirements.Update and maintain architecture artifacts and system documentation of CLIENT.Represent CLIENT team in Architecture Review Board review sessions.Enhance the logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities of CLIENT Portal.Ensure continuous compliance with FISMA standards to maintain ATO for CLIENT.Create and implement NIST 800-53 internal controls for maintaining/renewingATO for CLIENT as well as to increase the sensitivity level of CLIENT.Build, enhance, and manage devops pipeline for CLIENT.Build data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform IaC.Recommend areas of improvements and enhancementsKey skills :7+ years of experience and a degree5 years’ experience designing, building, and maintaining custom web applications using .Net, react, HTML, and CSS2. 5 years’ experience in designing and building secure web applications and microservices3. 3 years' experience in SQL4. 3 years' experience in presenting and defending Application Architecture to Architecture Review Boards or similar regulatory bodies5. 5 years' experience using Agile software development methodologies6. 5 years' experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or GitlabExperience designing and building Cloud infrastructure in AWS.Experience building AWS Infrastructure using Terraform.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders of varying levels of technology acumenKnowledge of FISMA security review and ATO process Experience acquiring in-depth understanding of large complex software systems to isolate defects, reproduce defects, assess risk, and understand varied customer deploymentsVERY NICE TO have - React and AWS GovCloud
