Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Sheboygan, WI. The BCBA will assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities also include providing direct supervision to behavior therapists, offering parent education and training, and collaborating with families and team members to ensure the success of each individual served. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to design and implement effective treatment plansExpertise in Behavior Management and developing strategies to address challenging behaviorsAbility to deliver Parent Education and collaborate with families to support successful implementation of behavior strategiesKnowledge of Psychology concepts and their application in behavioral interventionBoard certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is beneficialMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
