Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), located in Cape Canaveral, FL. The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care, including conducting medical assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams. Responsibilities also include developing patient care plans, educating patients on health management, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Qualifications Expertise in Patient Assessment, Diagnosing, and Care PlanningProficient in Prescribing Medications and Performing Minor Medical ProceduresKnowledge in Patient Education and Preventive Health ProtocolsStrong Interpersonal Communication, Collaboration, and Teamwork SkillsUnderstanding of Medical Documentation, Compliance Standards, and Regulatory RequirementsActive state licensure as a PA or APRN with credentials for practicing in FloridaAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferredPrior experience in clinical or hospital settings is a strong advantage
