Key ResponsibilitiesAI Video & Asset GenerationUtilize advanced generative AI design tools to conceptualize, iterate, and produce high-quality visual elements, backgrounds, and video components for targeted marketing campaigns.Take raw AI-generated visuals and masterfully edit them into polished, fluid, and high-converting direct-response advertisement videos.Motion Graphics & Video EditingApply clean motion graphics and video editing techniques to bring static AI concepts to life, creating dynamic thumb-stopping video ads.Format, render, and deliver video and static assets tailored to the exact dimensions, psychological triggers, and best practices of Meta, Pinterest, and Google networks.Graphic Compilation & ManipulationBlend AI-generated graphics and video frames with standard brand assets, product photography, typography, and clear call-to-actions (CTAs) using modern editing software.Rapid Creative A/B TestingGenerate multiple creative iterations, video hooks, and visual angles quickly to allow our media buying team to seamlessly test performance.4.) Must-Have RequirementsAI Tool Expertise: Deep, hands-on mastery of cutting-edge creative AI applications (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Firefly, or equivalent platforms for image/video generation).Video & Motion Graphics Skills: Proven ability to edit video content and implement engaging motion graphics tailored for digital advertising.Direct Response Design Intuition: A strong understanding of what makes an ad convert—including excellent pacing, thumb-stopping contrast, clear text hierarchy, and a strong visual focus on the core product.Modern Creative Software Literacy: Proficiency in video editing and design tools (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma) to clean up, polish, and layer AI generations into production-ready ad formats.Agile Mindset: A highly experimental, agile, and technically curious individual who loves testing new workflows, adapting to software updates overnight, and working at a fast pace.(Note: Advanced, high-level traditional graphic design skills are a bonus, but strong video creation, motion graphics, and AI orchestration are the primary focus for this role.)5.)
