Maintenance Supervisor

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be self-directed, and be confident in their decision-making abilities. Functions and Responsibilities: Achieving Maintenance goals w ith the highest regard for employee safety Capable of supporting troubleshooting & observations of machine centers with shift supervisors and other maintenance staff to ensure production and quality standards are met Managing the department cost in an aggressive manner assuring optimum manufacturing unit cost; develop and educate key metrics. Maintenance Planning, planning non-emergency maintenance, coordinating PM routes Effectively communicating goals and/or instructions Managing conflicts Supervising Maintenance and Cleanup personnel on varying schedules Managing contractor safety through active leadership.
