Warehouse Material HandlerThe Warehouse Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting repair and test operations by ensuring the accurate movement, storage, and handling of electronic equipment and materials within a clean, climate-controlled facility. This position helps maintain smooth production flow, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not a retail pick-and-pack warehouse; the role requires strong attention to detail, careful product handling, and consistent compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and quality procedures.Responsibilities:Receive, stage, and move inbound and outbound materials throughout the facility in an accurate and timely manner.Accurately pull, deliver, and transfer products to production, test, and repair areas to support ongoing operations.Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and other warehouse tools; use forklifts if qualified.Maintain accurate inventory transactions using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or internal systems.Pick, pack, and prepare units and materials for shipment according to customer specifications and internal quality standards.Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times to protect electronic equipment and maintain a controlled environment.Perform basic inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to support inventory accuracy.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S standards and housekeeping expectations.Support production and repair teams by ensuring materials, components, and equipment are available when needed.Assist with general production, shipping and receiving, unloading, and warehouse packing activities as required.Handle packaging, order picking, and general labor tasks to support daily operational demands.Troubleshoot basic issues related to materials, equipment, or workflow and escalate problems when needed.Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, or manuals when handling equipment or supporting repair operations.Perform other duties as assigned based on operational priorities and business needs.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
