A healthcare network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team at one of its facilities in Middlesex County.About the Opportunity:Shift: DaysSchedule: approximately 3 shifts per week (Flexible, weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage)Hours: 7am to 7pmResponsibilities:Manage and coordinate pediatric patient careConduct daily patient roundsSupport attending physicians and clinical providersCommunicate effectively with patients' families and care teamsCollaborate with multidisciplinary staff in a hospital-based pediatric settingPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:Master's Degree in NursingNYS Pediatric Nurse Practitioner licenseBoard Certified in Pediatric Nurse PractitionerAbility to perform specific procedures (blood draws, lumbar punctures, etc.)Effective communication skillsStrong collaboration skillsDesired Qualifications:Additional certifications in Pediatric CareExperience with hospital EMR systems
