Laundry Room Production Associate

Our Lockport facility processes, counts, cleans, and launders specialty linens, napkins, charger plates, tableware, stemware, and flatware for weddings and special events throughout the region. Every item that leaves our facility must meet strict presentation standards. You will play a direct role in preparing for some of the most incredible weddings and special events in Western New York. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates who take pride in doing things the right way. Position Overview This is a hands-on role in a structured, fast-paced commercial laundry and tabletop processing facility. You will play an important role in ensuring rental inventory is clean, accurate, and event-ready. Because we serve weddings and special events, last-minute orders and changes to existing orders occur frequently. The right candidate must remain organized, adaptable, and focused when priorities shift. Responsibilities Count, sort, inspect, and process items with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with stain treatment, washing, drying, and finishing Operate commercial washers, dryers, and large industrial roller ironers (mangle systems; minimal hand ironing required) Accurately count items for outgoing orders and incoming returns Follow established quality control procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Provide occasional support at event venues when required Qualifications Previous experience in a laundry or production environment preferred; willingness to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable attendance and punctuality required Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Works well independently and as part of a team Able to maintain a steady, consistent work pace Reliable transportation to the Lockport facility and event venues when necessary Seeking long-term, stable employment Because this is a hands-on production environment involving detailed textile handling and equipment operation, extremely long nails would interfere with certain tasks and safety. Candidates must be prepared to work in a practical, hands-on setting. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for most of the shift Frequent pushing and pulling of wheeled carts, racks, and dollies, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Repetitive sorting, folding, loading/unloading Working in a production environment with heat and humidity Schedule Full-Time Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Part-Time Shifts: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. While this role is primarily based in our Lockport facility, occasional assistance at event venues may be required at times throughout the year, but this is not frequent.
