Overview: The Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive OHS programs within the Global Safety and Security group. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and safety culture promotion. The OHS Program Manager will lead initiatives to ensure a safe working environment, mitigate risks, and foster a strong culture of safety across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in OHS management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive occupational health and safety (OHS) programs and policies that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Regularly review and update OHS programs to ensure they remain current and effective, incorporating feedback from safety audits, incident investigations, and regulatory changes. Develop and maintain OHS documentation, including safety manuals, procedures, and training materials. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace, evaluate their impact, and prioritize mitigation strategies. Develop and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the ongoing monitoring and effectiveness of these measures. Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure that OHS programs and policies are effectively communicated across the organization, providing training and resources to employees at all levels. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners, to promote a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for OHS matters, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and best practices are followed. Develop and lead safety campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness and encourage proactive safety behaviors. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 3+ years of experience in investigative roles, preferably within security, IT, or corporate environments. Proven experience managing complex investigations, with a strong track record of delivering accurate and actionable results. Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate reports. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Proficiency in investigative tools, software, and databases.
