This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards while leading crews and coordinating with subcontractors, project managers, and inspectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day jobsite activities and personnelEnforce safety standards and compliance with regulationsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and equipmentTrack project progress and maintain schedulesConduct daily reports and site meetingsCommunicate with Project Manager and clients on project statusEnsure quality workmanship and timely issue resolutionQualifications5+ years experience in heavy civil or federal constructionStrong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practicesLeadership and communication skills to manage crews and subcontractorsAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedulesProficiency in daily reporting and documentationValid driver's license; ability to work outdoors in variable conditionsMust pass drug test, background check, and MVRCSC is a DFWP/EEO employer.
