We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Property Accountant who understands both accounting and real estate operations and can operate with an ownership mindset.This is not a basic accounting role — we are looking for someone who understands how leases, recoveries, tenant improvements, labor costs, and operational efficiency impact NOI and long-term asset performance.Position OverviewThe Property Accountant will be responsible for the full financial oversight of assigned properties, ensuring accurate reporting, lease compliance, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis within the property management system.
