Junior Process Engineer

Overview As a Process Engineer at our Festus, Missouri Plant, you will drive process-flow studies and improvements to optimize production systems. You will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime, enhance safety, and implement flow- analysis programs. This role offers hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, dusty plant environment with opportunities to shape plant performance and safety culture.
