Job Description Industrial Electrician ($35-$40/hr) | Long-Term Project | 60+ Hours Available Location: Lebanon, IN 46052 Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour (based on experience) Duration: Contract through October 2027 (long-term stability) Per Diem: Not offeredPosition Overview We are actively hiring Industrial Electricians for a long-term, high-profile project in Lebanon, IN. This role is ideal for electricians with strong industrial experience, particularly those skilled in rigid conduit bending and explosion-proof installations . This project offers consistent overtime, long-term job security, and the opportunity to work on a large-scale industrial site .Work Schedule & Hours* Sunday through Saturday schedule * 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts) * Up to 13 consecutive workdays followed by 1 day off * Expected to transition into a 60-hour work week as project ramps * Overtime opportunities availableCandidates must be comfortable working extended schedules and physically demanding shifts.Key Responsibilities* Bend and install 3⁄4", 1", and 2" rigid conduit for short runs * Install and maintain explosion-proof fittings and systems * Perform overhead electrical work safely and efficiently * Read and interpret basic electrical layouts and job site instructions * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocolsMinimum Requirements* OSHA 10 Certification (must be within the last 5 years) * Lift Certification (required) * Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician * Strong experience with rigid conduit bending * Experience working with explosion-proof equipment * Ability to perform overhead work and lift as needed * Reliable transportation and ability to commit to schedulePPE Requirements* Composite toe boots ( required ) * Long-sleeve shirts ( required ) * Safety harness ( preferred but not required ) * All additional/specialty PPE will be provided by the clientProject Details* Initial crew size: 3-5 electricians * Ramp-up expected to 15+ electricians * Orientation will take place on Day 1 (paid) * Pre-employment drug screening required * Why This Opportunity?* Long-term project through 2027 * Consistent hours with overtime potential * Competitive hourly pay * Opportunity to gain experience on a large industrial job site * Strong potential for future project placementHow to Apply Apply directly through ZipRecruiter or reach out for immediate consideration: Halie Payne Call or Text: 770-373-4050 Company Description Talent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
