Essential Functions (but Are Not Limited To)Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE.Must be able to work independently with Microsoft Excel at a high level. Prepare quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for customers.Contact the customers regularly and distribute the information internally. Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.Attend supplier training as necessary with customers to maintain positive customer relations and compliance. Analyze complex technical information and data to provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.Accurately manage data in various formats for internal analysis and customer submissionsWork independently to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions. Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a team. Regular attendance is required.Other DutiesMust be flexible to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish YKTA Goals and objectives. QualificationsRequired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar field of study or equivalent work experience or training.Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel.Must be willing to pass an Excel test if provided to prove experience level. Ability to work on-site in an open office environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred, especially automotive. EnvironmentWork is conducted in an industrial office/ plant setting.Frequent movement throughout an industrial plant environment being exposed to high noise levels and equipment normally used in stamping / welding/ Ecoat environments.Physical DemandsAble to lift up to 33lbs.Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.Extended periods of standing on the plant floor.Able to traverse the plant facility.
